I could feel the release in your words. Here I am though, so stiff I can’t even touch my toes.

This work is so important for US.

You have no idea how deeply grateful I am that you could feel the release, the ease, the joy to be talking about this topic on my own terms and in my own space. Appreciate you taking the time to tap into this story!

As a fellow yogi, I often have to remind myself its not about the outward appearance of the posture but how I choose to move through them. It's not about the end goal, it’s about the journey.

This line hit “ I wrote about how being bound to myself in love took me from being the hugger to the hugged interchangeably.” Being comfortable with our own touch is often the starting point of a life long journey of pleasure. As always thank you for your vulnerability and insight. This was a PLEASURE 😉 to read.

Mmmm this really spoke to me, thanks for affirming that. I love how yoga can remind of these simple simple lessons to live a sensual, tactile life in all ways.
